The answer is 26. When you what to find the percent of a number, always multiply by the number, and the percent (but move the decimal two points to the left)
So, 104*.25 = 26

Think about money. 1/4 of a dollar is 25. A quarter is 25% of a dollar. So just divide 104 by 4. You get 26. Have a nice night!
