Scientists determine that Antarcticas average winter temperature was -34.44 degrees celcius. The difference between this temperature and Antarcticas highest recorded temperature was 49.44 degree/ What was Antarcticas highest recorded temperature? I would really appriciate it if you could explain how you got the answer. Thank You all (I seriously suck at math -_-)

The highest temperature would be 15 degrees celsius:
-34.44
+ 49.44
= 15

You could switch it and do 49.44 - 34.55 which would also equal to 15, just an easier way to do it since you're dealing with negative integers. Also, don't worry, everybody has their strengths and weaknesses ^.^
