Well the athlete it's definitely doing work, so it has to be either c or d. I would go with c, because he is holding up for 10 seconds

The answer would be A, the athlete isn't doing any work because he doesn't move the weight.
Explanation: Work in physics mean force X distance, if there is no distance involved he isn't doing any work.
