3(x-2)^2-2(x-1)=3(x^2-4x+4)-2x+2=3x^2-12x+12-2x+2=3x^2-14x+14

Answer: 3x^2-14x+14

Explanation: to solve the given problem, we have to expand the factored polynomial and do the product between the terms. Finally we have to group the similar terms and add them together:

3(x-2)^(2) -2(x-1)

3(x^(2)-4x+4)-2(x-1)

3x^(2) -12x+12-2x+2

3x^(2) -12x-2x+12+2

3x^(2) -14x+14
