To find the midpoint from two points, you add up both the x values and the y values and then divide them by 2. -9 + 5 = -4, -4 ÷ 2 = -2, which is your x value, and 5 + -1 = 4, 4 ÷ 2 = 2, which is your y value. This makes the midpoint (-2, 2), which is answer B. I hope this helps!
