Here's [10] if you don't beat me to it by the time I finish typing:
9t^2 +12t + 4 = (3t blank)(3t blank)
= (3t + 2)(3t + 2)
CHECK:
3t*3t + 3t*2 + 2*3t + 2*2
= 9t^2 + 6t + 6t + 4
= 9t^2 + 12t + 4
ANSWER: (3t + 2)(3t + 2)
