fraction of second graders: (1/4)(1-1/6-1/3) = 0.125
Number of second graders: 0.125 x 96 = 12

1/3=2/6 so 2/6 +1/6=3/6 which =1/2 so 1/4 of 1/2 is 1/8 so 96 divided by 8=12
