The nucleus and the ribosomes on the Rough ER. The nucleus synthesizes mRNA which go the the ribsomes. These are the protein synthesis sites where anti-condons go to create a polypeptide. The anticodon has an amino acid on the end of it which grows into a chain to make a protien.
Hope this helped. Good luck!

The Endoplasmic reticulum is a series of pipes and it moves in the cell. Without the E.R., the protein factory (ribosomes) would not be able to ship the proteins and cells would starve to death. Hope this helped!
