supose a person has a small intestine that has fewer villithan normal.would the person most likely. be overweight or underweight

Probably the person is underweight..
this is because the role of microvilli is to increase the total surface area (TSA) in the small intestine for the absorption of digested food.
when the number of microvilli is decreasing, the TSA also will decreasing.
this the person cannot absorb sufficient digested food and making then to become underweight.
