-2{3X + 3Y =0 Substitute 3x +3(2/3) = 0
3x = 2/1=0
3{2X - 2Y = -8 x= -2/3
-6X + -6Y =0
6X = -6Y=-8
______________
-12Y=-8
Y=2/3
