On a map, Hamad is standing at (10, -11). His friend Saif is standing at

(1, -11). In which direction and How many steps Hamad will move to reach Saif? Explain

Hamad will have to move 9 steps towards the right to reach his friend Saif. Hamad is standing at the point (10 , -11) and his friend is standing at (1 , -11). They are both standing at the same number at the y-axis, so they don’t have to move up or down. The only difference is at the x-axis. So Hamad only has to move 9 spaces right to reach his friend.
