well, the equation of a circle is
\bf (x-{{ h}})^2+(y-{{ k}})^2={{ r}}^2 \qquad center\ ({{ h}},{{ k}})\qquad radius={{ r}}

notice, you're given the h,k and "r" values, so..just plug them in
