Need help on 13 and 17. The picture covers number 13, the question in number 17 is “Where do you think Styrofoam would be on the chart above? Why? Explain your answer?”

• 13. We see a left skewed data trend with a parabolic nature. The speed of conductivity increases as the material become more conductive, such that copper is the most condutive material compares to copper, and copper compared to plastic shows low conductivity.
• 17. Styrofoam is a mixture of plastics and hence is an insulator such that Q(dot) can be 0 in an ideal system. So it can conduct better than plastic such that it should be above plastic due to the insulation properties.
