State three reasons why someone might not seek help for a mental disorder

A) Might feel embarrassed/ashamed/uncomfortable to talk about it to others.

B) May have a negative mentality of future events (i.e. 'No one is going to help me anyways, so why bother').

C) May have a lack if insight to their own mental health/condition (i.e. 'There's nothing wrong with me, I'm fine').

Hope that helps!
