m<KMA + m<AMY = 180 (straight line angle = 180)
2x - 3 + 7x + 21 = 180
9x + 18 = 180
9x = 180 -18
9x = 162
x = 18
m<KMA = 2x - 3 = 2(18) - 3 = 33
complement of angle KMA = 90 - 33 = 57
answer: complement of angle KMA = 57
