Spatial organization means that when describing an item, one would start from the left and move to the right.

The correct answer is D. organizing details according to location in a logical format, such as from left to right.

The word spatial is derived from the word space, which means that it has something to do with space or location. The only option that even remotely mentions location is option D, which is why that is correct.

A refers to temporal sequence (having to do with time); B could be the other way round and it would still be spatial, so it is incorrect as well; C is the same as B; which leaves us with option D as the correct answer.
