Answer: 2.25 ounce

Explanation:

To find the amount of ounces of granola in each serving, we simply use proportion to solve this.

Let x represent ounces of granola in one serving

33.75 ounces = 15 servings

x = 1 serving

We cross multiply

15 x = 33.75 ounces × 1

15 x = 33.75 ounces

We divide both-side of the equation by 15

(15x)/(15) =
(33.75)/(15)

x = 2.25 ounce

(on the left hand side 15 on the numerator will divide that of the denominator, on the right hand side, just use your calculator to divide 33.75 by 15)

Therefore, there are 2.25 ounces of granola in each servings.
