times 2nd equation by 2
add to first equation

3x+6y=6
4x-6y=8 +
7x+0y=14

7x=14
divide both sides by 7
x=2

sub back

2x-3y=4
2(2)-3y=4
4-3y=4
minus 4 both sideds
-3y=0
y=0

(x,y)
