reflection across x axis means (x,y) turns to (x,-y)

just see which 2nd number becomes the oposite of the first one
that is option C

triangle
pick a point
(x,y)
x is left right
y is up down

so from A to A' it is
from (-4,5) to (-2,8)
from -4 to -2 is 2 units to right
from 5 to 8 us 3 units up

so 3 up and 2 right
2 right and 3 up

C is answer to both quesitons
