Earth's original atmosphere was made up of gases similar to those of released in volcanic eruptions. During the earlier times, the atmosphere were mostly composed of carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen, helium, hydrogen sulfide, and methane, which were mostly emitted by volcanoes when it erupts.These gases were mostly trap inside the Earth, making the atmosphere darker and hotter.
