There can't be any solutions for this unless I'm mistaken?

If you try to eliminate one of the variables, you end up eliminating both of them, which just leaves you with nothing = 18, idk.

11x-13(0)=89- too look for x
11(0)-13y=89-to look for y

-11x+13(0)=107-to look for x
-11x+13(0)=107-too look for y
