Is a negative decimal always, sometimes, or never equal to a positive decimal? Explain.

No, because a number is never exactly equal to its negative; the negative is the opposite or parallel to the number given.

Just like integers, it is sometimes equal to a positive decimal. For example the number is -5 and the positive number is 7, it can only be sometimes the same.
