What is the main idea of the sleepwalking scene in Act V of Macbeth?

A. Evil people always get sick.

B because once the wife has murdered the king she feels guilty, which is why she slept walked, and constantly washed her hands in her sleep, because after the murder they washed the blood off in water. She was slowly turning insane from the pure guilt that was drove by power and greed.
