Let's start with the percentage. if anything has a % at the end, it means that it's over one hundred. So really,
60%=(60)/(100)=(6)/(10)

Now we'll go to the
0.4. Anything to the first decimal place is over 10, so
0.4=\frac{4}[10}.

And lastly,
(1)/(2) is equal to
(5)/(10) if you multiply both the top and the bottom. So now we have three fractions:
(6)/(10),(4)/(10),(5)/(10) So in order from smallest to biggest:

(4)/(10),(5)/(10),(6)/(10)/ So that's equal to:

0.4, (1)/(2), 60%

Hopefully this helps!
