Which operation should be preformed first when evaluating the expression; 4+12-5x7?? What is the value of the expression; 9+ 4 to the second power divided by 2? Plz show work for both problems, n thanks!!

i ) Multiplication followed by addition and then subtraction
4 + 12 - 5 x 7
= 4 + 12 - 35
= 16 - 35
= (-19)
ii ) (9+4) sqaured
= (13) squared
= 169
Equation:
(9+4) squared / 2
= 169/2
= 84.5
