\rm ax^2=bx

apply subtraction,


\rm ax^2-bx=0

factor out an x,


\rm x(ax-b)=0

apply your Zero-Factor Property,


\rm x=0\qquad\qquad\qquad ax-b=0

And then solve for x in each case.
Clearly the first factor gives us x=0.

In the other factor tho,
add b,
then divide by a,


\rm x=\frac b a
