The answer is b because you have too turn 40% into a decimal which is .4 then divide 100 by .4. Next you have to move the decimal if the .4 to your right then divide 100 by 4 and get 25.

If 40% is 10 students then 80% would be 20 students and then 20% would be 5 students so the answer would be B
