# 5
h(t) = -16t^2 + 190
46 = -16t^2 + 190
subtract 190 from both sides
-144 = - 16t^2
divide both sides by -16
9 = t^2
square root both sides
3 = t
t = 3 seconds
# 6
f(x) = x^2 - 8x - 33
f(x) = (x - 11)(x + 3)
f(x) = (x - 4)^2 - 49 vertex (4,-49)
