the formula would be 4/3 pi r^3
4/3 (3.14) (9^3) = 3052.08 in^3

volume=4/3 x pi x radius^3
volume=4/3 x 3.14 x 9^3(because 9 is half of 18 the diameter)
volume=3.052.08 cubic inches.
