Suppose Earth's gravitational force were decreased by half. How would this change affect a game of basketball? Write a paragraph explaining how the motion of the players and the ball would be different.

Due to the decrease in the gravitational force, it will take longer time for ball to reach the ground while dribbling. Moreover, the hang time of players will also be longer. This means that the players will stay on air longer and will be able to jump higher.

they would be able to jump higher with less effort the ball would weigh less meaning it could be dribbled with little to no effort there would also be the fact that your running would be effected.your legs would come off the ground if only for an inch or two allowing you to travel faster but with less control
