A fraction that is equivalent to 3/4 is 12/16, since 3/4 times 4/4 is 12/16. This makes it equal, since when you simply 12/16 it will give you 3/4.

To find any other fraction equivalent to the fraction, 3/4, multiply the numerator and the denominator by a number that is greater than 1 and less than 0
Therefore
1) 3/4×2//2
=6/8.
2) 3/4×3/3
=9/12
Thus 6/8 is an equivalent fraction to 3/4.
