Y-3=-5/3(x-8)
Y-3= -5/3x + 13 1/3
Y = -5/3x + 13 1/3 + 3
Y = -5/3 + 16 1/3

Equation: y - 3 = -5/3(x - 8)
y - 3 = -5/3x + 40/3
y = -5/3x + 49/3
5/3x + y = 49/3

Multiply the equation by 3,
5x + 3y = 49

In short, Your Answer would be: 5x + 3y = 49

Hope this helps!
