So the reciprocal of 14.3% = 100/14.3 = 1000/143, and then you can do 1000/143 * 278, which would equal
1944.05594406 (Cool and hard muiltiplication that took me like 2 minutes). To make it to the nearest tenth, it would be 1944.1
