a is 2nd derivative of position. And velocity is 1st derivative of position.
If 2nd derivative is 2t -9
Then 1st derivative = t^2 - 9t which is velocity.
And position is 1/3 * t^3 - 9/2 * t^2
Put 9 for t's.
