It is planned that the railway line between London and the west midland carrying 400 m-with many as 1100 seats per train long which is equivalent to 1300 ft trains. which is supposed to operate at a very high speed of 250 mph which is faster than any current operating speed in Europe and would run as 14 times per hour in each direction that is to and from.According to the transport department there will be about 15000 seats an hour on trains between London and the cities of Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.
