the SIMPLEST FORM would be different
look:
703125/100000
then divide everything by 5
140625/20,000
then divide it again by 5
28,125/4,000
again by 5
5,625/800
again by 5
1,125/160
again by 5
225/32
THAT is the SIMPLEST FORM

To write 0.703125 as a fraction you have to write 0.703125 as numerator and put 1 as the denominator. Now you multiply numerator and denominator by 10 as long as you get in numerator the whole number.
0.703125 = 0.703125/1 = 7.03125/10 = 70.3125/100 = 703.125/1000 = 7031.25/10000 = 70312.5/100000 = 703125/1000000
And finally we have:
0.703125 as a fraction equals 703125/1000000
