I can solve for b1

A=1/2(b1+b2)h
times 2 both sides
2A=(b1+b2)h
distribute
2A=hb1+hb2
minus 2A both sides
0=hb1+hb2-2A
minus hb1 from both sides
-hb1=hb2-2A
times -1
hb1=2A-hb2
divide both sides by h
b1=(2A/h)-b2
not sure what you are asking
