If y=6 when ×=2, find × when y=12

You could also do.. When y is 6 and x is 2 this means thats 6 has been divided by 3 to get x. So you could do the same with the other y. So, when x is 12, divide this by 3 to find x. Which means x would be 4

If y ='s 6 and x ='s 2 then basically y ='s 12 which is 6 doubled so basically double the 2. The correct answer is "x = 4"
