= -14 + 3/2b - 1 - 8/2b
= 3/2b - 8/2b - 14 - 1
= -5/2b - 15
= - 15 - 5/2b
Correct option - C

= -14 - 1 + 3/2b - 8/2b
= -15 - 5/2b
In short, Your Answer would be Option C
