\text{Length of an arc of quadrant}=(\theta)/(360\textdegree)2* \pi * r\\\\\text{Length of an arc of quadrant}=(1)/(4)* 2* 3.14* 16\\\\\text{Length of an arc of quadrant}=25.12

Since there are two quadrants:

So, Perimeter of quadrants is given by


25.12* 2\\\\50.24\ in.
