The altitude to the hypotenuse of a right triangle divides the hypotenuse into segments of lengths 64 and 4. What is the length of the altitude?

Here, Ratio of corresponding length would be equal.
Let, Altitude = x
Then, 64 / x = x / 4
x² = 256
x = √256
x = 16

In short, Your Answer would be 16 units
