A cylinder has a radius of 12.2 inches and a height of 6.1 inches. What is the volume of the cylinder to the nearest tenth in³

The Formula for a Cylinder is V=πr^2h
So you plug in the numbers; V=π(12.2)^2(6.1)
Solve; V=
π(148.84)(6.1)
V=907.9
π in³ or if you want the approximate answer you use 3.14 and multiply it by 907.9 and it would be V≈ 2850.8 in³
