Equation: 5y=-3x-5
Divide Equation by 5,
y = -3/5 - 1

Slope = -3/5

Equation: 5y=-1-3x
Divide Equation by 5,
y = -3/5x - 1/5

Slope = -3/5

Equation:
5y-2x=-1
5y = 2x - 1
Divide equation by 5,
y = 2/5 x - 1/5

Slope = 2/5

We know, Parallel lines must be same slope, & 1st and 2nd has same so they are parallel.

In short, Your Answer would be Option A) I and II

Hope this helps!
