Number of people not happy with model A 2. Number of people not happy with model B 9. Get the percentages by dividing the specific amounts by the total, and then multiplying it by 100%. For example, of those who were not happy with their purchase, 2 / 11 * 100% purchased model A, and 9 / 11 * 100% purchased model B.
