Luke pauses in front of the dairy case, ready to grab a carton of milk. His choices are: whole milk, low-fat milk, and fat-free milk. Which carton should he put into his cart? Explain your answer.

whole milk is better for you just for the simple fact that its whole so all the nutrients and vitamins is going to be there and in low fat milk and fat free milk they take out some things to make it low fat and fat free making it harder to get those nutrients and vitamins.
