\displaystyle \\ V_A = (8* 8 * 4)/(3) \\ \\ V_B = (16* 16 * 8)/(3) \\ \\ (V_B)/(V_A) = ( (16* 16 * 8)/(3) )/((8* 8 * 4)/(3)) = (16* 16 * 8)/(8* 8 * 4) =2* 2 * 2 = 2^3 = \boxed{8}
