3. The coordinates for the vertices of the rhombus are (0,5), (5,0), (0,-5) and (-5,0).
Applying the dilation (.08x, 0.8y) these vertices become (0,4), (4,0), (0,-4) and (-4,0)

4. The coordinates for the vertices of the triangle are (2,2), (2,-1) and (-1,1). Applying the dilation (2.5x, 2.5y) these vertices become (5,5), (5,-2.5) and (-2.5,2.5).

Note each coordinate pair is multiplied by constant that is in the dilation expression
