PLEASE HELP !!!! Do you think Thucydides would see Athens role in Delian league as democratic? Why or why not ?

He wouldn't call it democratic. Athenian pressure on the league bordered on dictatorial because everything had to be as they wished it to be. Since he was a political realist he would most likely not call it a democratic role in the league, as the activities in the league actually led to the Peloponnese wars.
