How did the Treaty of Versailles sow the seeds of instability in Europe

It placed a seed of anger and hate within Germany and the seed would later grow as the Great Depression hit the U.S and extended worldwide. This seed of economic instability allowed the Nazi allowed dictatorial regimes (i.e fascism, nazism, communism) such as Mussolini and Hitler, and Stalin to rise in power.
