Switch all n terms to one side and all numbers to other like. Make sure to reverse the sign when you switch one term from one side to the other.
5+3=5n-3n
Now simplify:
8=2n
Divide both sides with two.
8/2=2n/2
Answer would be:
n=4.

3n-3n+5=5n-3n-3
5=2n-3
5+3=2n-3+3
8=2n
8/2=2n/2
4=n
